My two main takeaway points here are:
- Trust the driver of the decision enough to let him/her decide which decision process to take (which can be: decide alone, consult before deciding alone, create fully detailed decision but ask for consensus before implementing, faciliate a full team decision)
- A useful checklist of what to look at when deciding about a decision process.
